What model shimano rod should i pair with a shimano curado 200 E7 baitcast reel?
I want to buy a Shimano curado 200 E7 reel and i want to pair it with a shimano rod like a crucial or cumara which model crucial or cumara would pair the best with the curado 200 E7 reel. I would like the rod to handle diffrent kinds of bait because i dont want to have 15 rods and reels.
I would go with the Shimano Crucial Trigger rod for two reasons, 1. It has a cork handle, which i favor over any other kind, and 2. It’s available in 6’6 M action, which would suit your reel perfect. I would use that combo for texas rigged worms, spinnerbaits, med-deep diving crankbaits, and top-waters. I think that combo is superb, and if i fished some bass tournaments, that combo (or a similar one) would be on my boat.
